Conference Registration Fees
Children under 18 accompanying one or both fully registered parents may attend conference events
for free but still need to register. Luncheon tickets may be purchased for them on site. There is
no discount spousal rate.

Cancellations
Registration and Exhibit Hall fees are refundable (minus a US$50/ CD$70 handling fee) until
December 1, 2003. Those canceling between December 1, 2003, and January 2, 2004, will receive
dollar value credit (less a US$50/ CD$70 handling fee) toward the Montreal conference in 2005.
Conference credits cannot be used toward membership fees nor do they guarantee future exhibit
space. There are absolutely no refunds or credits for cancellations after January 2, 2004.
Cancellations after January 2 due to weather or other events cannot be credited. There are no
substitutions of participants allowed except in the case of company employees, which will be
determined on a case-by-case basis by the Folk Alliance office.
