Exhibit space is available to individuals and organizations primarily involved in the folk music and dance business. Exhibitors not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Fees are for the physical space (Booth or Table) plus one to three registrants.

Important Registration Information

Registration Fee:
Includes your entry to panels and workshops, the exhibit hall, the luncheon, and showcases.

Additional Classes:

The Wednesday Crash Course, Focus on Festivals,
and the Booking Agent Training Course are NOT included in the main conference fee and require additional registration. Single-day conference registration permits attendance at activities for that specific day only.

Lodging: Hotel reservations and charges are not included in the registration fees. See the
general information page for details on lodging arrangemnts.

Special Needs: Folk Alliance is committed to assisting everyone by providing conference access for people with special needs. Please contact us if you require ASL interpretation or other assistance.

Cancellations

Registration and Exhibit Hall fees are refundable (minus a US$50/ CD$70 handling fee) until December 1, 2003. Those canceling between December 1, 2003, and January 2, 2004, will receive dollar value credit (less a US$50/ CD$70 handling fee) toward the Montreal conference in 2005. Conference credits cannot be used toward membership fees nor do they guarantee future exhibit space. There are absolutely no refunds or credits for cancellations after January 2, 2004. Cancellations after January 2 due to weather or other events cannot be credited. There are no substitutions of participants allowed except in the case of company employees, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Folk Alliance office.
