All official showcase acts are selected through the jury process. Sponsors can encourage acts that they want on their stage to apply and then select from those acts if they are awarded a showcase. The Folk Alliance International Conference features a bustling exhibit hall with 80 organizations doing business in the folk industry. Self-represented artists can purchase an artist table.
Booths are priced based on location with premium booths located in the Foyer of the Westin Crown Center Hotel. Premium booths have longer available hours and are perfect for custom activations.
Registration is a separate cost. Everyone attending the conference is subject to the member/non-member rates that can be found here.

Hanging banners are printed by the sponsor. FAI will hang your banner above the lobby or garden terrace level on the first and second floors.

Large video screens are placed throughout the conference displaying acknowledgements, schedules, and information. The schedule for the day is listed on the right side of the screen and your artwork will be in rotation with no more than 80 other acknowledgments on the left side. Each acknowledgement is displayed for approximately 8 seconds each time, so keep the design simple.
