It's difficult to navigate through the music industry – especially when you're the only person in the room like you! FAI Affinity Groups are unique networking sessions that provide space for underrepresented voices in our industry.
Affinity Groups create intentional, exclusive space to connect with others who share your experiences. Connect with folks with shared backgrounds, cultures, and experiences during Summer Affinity Group Week!
There's no agenda. You might have heart-to-heart talks about relevant issues, ask questions and share wisdom among trusted peers, or meet new life-long friends. We encourage you to let folks in the group know what you're working on or how you might need support!
Please note: These are not spaces for allies (or accomplices) to join. Each Affinity Group is intended to be a space exclusively for those who identify as part of the group in question. If you do not identify as part of a group, we kindly ask that you do not join that group's session.
