FAI 2025 Regular Registration Open Now
registerThe official conference hotel of the 2025 Folk Alliance International Conference is Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montréal, Québec, Canada (February 19 - 23, 2025).
Room reservations must be made prior to Saturday, January 18, 2025 for the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.
The room block is Monday, Feb 17 – Sunday, February 23. You cannot book rooms at the room block rate outside these dates. If you need to extend your reservation outside these dates, book your stay in the room block online first, and then contact the hotel directly to add additional dates at their normal room rate.
We refresh the USD conversion at the start of each week.
For additional rates use the link above. Our special rate is only available through the link above.
If you receive a notice that there aren’t any rooms available, try changing the arrival and departure dates.
There is no deposit upon reservation. Guests need to supply a credit card to guarantee the room, but nothing is charged to the card at that time.
The room rate covers two individuals. Each additional person sharing a room will be charged $80 CAD / $58.20 USD each per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 0-17 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy is four per room.
Guests have up until 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel your reservation. If you cancel after that, you will be charged one (1) night’s stay plus taxes.
As an alternative, we have reserved several additional hotel blocks near the main conference hotel. The special rate is only available at the "Book Now" links below.
