All official showcase acts are selected through the jury process. Sponsors can encourage acts that they want on their stage to apply and then select from those acts if they are awarded a showcase. FAI will list the sponsor’s logo in all instances related to their showcase and provide onsite signage. The sponsor has the option to emcee the stage.

The Folk Alliance International Conference features a bustling exhibit hall with 80+ organizations doing business in the folk industry.
Self-represented artists can purchase an artist table. Booths are priced based on location with premium booths located in the host hotel. Premium booths have longer available hours and are perfect for custom activations.

On-site Digital Monitors
Large video screens are placed throughout the conference displaying acknowledgements, schedules, and information. The schedule for the day is listed on the right side of the screen and your artwork will be in rotation with no more than 80 other acknowledgments on the left side. Each acknowledgement is displayed for approximately 8 seconds each time, so keep the design simple.
