An important and vulnerable conversation about something that touches everyone’s life at some point: grief. Our panelists will explore the definition and history of grief, discuss the transformational power of mourning, and share their practices for navigating personal loss and supporting others through their mourning process. This webinar is presented as part of FAI’s May Mental Health and Wellness programming, happening every Thursday throughout the month.
