Connect with folks with shared backgrounds, cultures, and experiences during Affinity Group Week!
Affinity Groups are unique networking sessions that provide space for underrepresented voices in our industry. It's difficult to navigate through the music industry – especially when you're the only person in the room like you! Affinity Groups create intentional, exclusive space to connect with others who share your experiences.
You might have heart-to-heart talks about relevant issues, ask questions and share wisdom amongst trusted peers, or meet new life-long friends. We encourage you to let folks in the group know what you're working on or how you need support!
<p class="alert-box">Each Affinity Group is intended to be a space exclusively for those who identify as part of the group in question. If you do not identify as part of a group, we kindly ask that you do not join that group's session. </p>
<p class="alert-box">This is not a space for allies (or accomplices) to join. This is no different than our Peer Session events that allow managers to meet with managers, venues with venues, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, or you want to start a new Affinity Group, please contact [email protected].</p>
