Nominations for the International Folk Music Awards are now open! All Folk Alliance Members are eligible to submit nominations for the Album, Song, Global Folk Album, and Artist of the Year categories.
In order to be eligible, submissions must be new recordings released commercially anywhere in the world between October 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026. We encourage international members to get involved! The deadline to submit is September 21, 2026.
Voting begins on September 28th with the final slate announced October 28th. The Awards Ceremony takes place on January 30, 2027, at FAI 2027 in Chicago.
So get those nominations ready, and good luck!
