Sign Up for FAI Virtual One-on-One Networking Meetings

Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 on Zoom 3pm – 5pm CT
Friday, January 16th, 2026 on Zoom 12pm – 2pm CT
These 8-minute individual virtual meetings offer registered FAI delegates the opportunity to directly connect one-on-one with FAI presenters. You can view the full list of participating venues and presenters to help you plan strategically.
Things to Know Before You Sign Up:
- Meetings are first come, first served
- Each delegate may register for up to 4 meetings per sign-up date
- Limits are in place to ensure equitable access for all attendees
- Cancellations or no-shows will be filled in real time by other participants
- You must use the same email address associated with your conference registration to complete your reservation

Join us for our pre-conference networking session otherwise known as a Virtual Elevator Ride! Connecting before the conference gives you the chance to lay the ground work for your time at FAI 2026. Meet the community, share your goals, and start making connections and plans early! Our community has told us they love these sessions because having introductions out of the way makes doing business at the conference much smoother! We'll start as a large group, then break out into smaller groups for introductions.

'Folk DJs Unlocked' has become a highlight pre-conference tradition, and we are happy to announce it is back again this year! How does it work? First, fill out the correct form.
Artist signup form
Up to 50 artists (registered for the 2026 conference) who have filled out the artist form in advance will be randomly selected IN REAL TIME to give a one-minute LIVE pitch each to the whole group (including other artists) during the 90 minute session. It promises to be a fast-paced, game like environment that is sure to provide laughs, inspiration and an unforgettable chance to connect artists directly with our Folk DJ community.
